Pathway Support Services, LLC is a Minnesota-based case management agency committed to providing person-centered, culturally responsive, and strengths-based support services to individuals and families navigating complex health and human service systems.

Founded by Alexis Vue, a case management professional with over five years of experience supporting individuals and families, Pathway Support Services was established to help people navigate pathways toward independence, stability, wellness, and meaningful community inclusion. Alexis is currently pursuing a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree and plans to obtain social work licensure upon graduation.

We believe every individual deserves access to quality services, strong advocacy, and coordinated support that honors their unique goals, culture, strengths, and lived experiences.
